I have to admit I am a little disappointed in this doll
and wasn't sure I was going to keep her.
I do not like her skintone, it's very pinkish. I don't
know what face sculpt this is but it's very blah. She
looks kind of stuffy or matronly to me.
The dress and jacket are kinda cute and retro but that
flower pin and hat may have to go. Her shoes were
very cheap mules, they barely stay on, though they
are a pretty pearlized pink, I would have preferred a
pair of pumps. The purse is , eh, ok.
But I have decided to keep her and she is now Sylvia.
She has earned a spot in my little dolldom.
She does look a bit on the "stuffy" side. I would probably cast her as the wife of a rich man Dr. or maybe a debonair business owner who travels a lot. She doesn't have to work, but spends her time at the country club and country club events. She believes she is better than most and she looks down her nose at others who are not at her station in life! She thinks she is doing good as she organizes an annual charity event for the needy!
